Vegan Chocolates

Ingredients


90g Raw cocoa powder

60g Raw cocoa butter

60g Coconut sugar (or go half and half with some maple syrup for a smoother texture)

Himalayan Pink Salt (or sea salt)


Instructions
 

 

With a coffee grinder, or similar, whiz the coconut sugar into a fine powder

Place all 3 ingredients into a bowl and melt over another bowl of  hot water

Pour into chocolate moulds (flexible ice cube trays work just as well)

Sprinkle with salt

Leave to set at room temperature.

Once completely set, turn out of their moulds and enjoy!
