Ingredients
1 x 400g tin of Butter beans - drained
1 x 280g jar if marinated artichoke hearts - drained (keeping 3 tbsp of the oil)
2 x Garlic cloves - pealed
1 tbsp almond butter (any nut butter will do if you don't have almond)
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of a lemon
Pinch oh Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
