Please wear comfortable clothing and stay well hydrated. It’s best to avoid heavy meals or caffeine just before your appointment.


Most kinesiology sessions last between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on your individual needs.


Lymphatic massage can cause some sensation, however this is always conducted with permission and within a person's tolerance. Sessions are gentle, respectful and many clients leave feeling calm, balanced, and centred.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
