Ingredients
1 packet of tofu, pressed and cut into bite-sized chunks
2 tbsp arrowroot (or corn flour)
2 tsp Marmite
2 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp garlic salt
Sesame Seeds
Handful of edamame beans (or whatever veggies you'd like: red peppers, pak choi, spring onions...)
Handful of tender stem broccoli, sliced into bite-sized chunks
Pack of buckwheat or rice noodles
Olive Oil
Instructions
Mix the marmite, Tamari soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic salt and sesame seeds in a bowl and set aside.
Cook the noodles as directed on the packet, rinse with cold water, stir through some oil to prevent sticking and set aside.
Coat the tofu with arrowroot (or corn flour if using), fry in oil until crispy on all sides.
Add the broccoli and edamame beans (veggies) and cook for a few minutes.
Add the noodles and heat through.
Lastly pour over the marmite sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
