Ingredients
60g tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or cider vinegar as an alternative)
Juice of a lime
1-2 tbsp of hot sauce, such as sriracha (depending on how hot you like it!)
3-5 tbsp water
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat all of the ingredients on a medium heat.
Pour over noodles, veg, tofu and decorate with toasted cashews, fresh chillies, seeds, fresh coriander or anything else you fancy.
